Janice Rogers Jones serves our member districts by providing support with coaching and training for effective teaching and learning. Janice works primarily with Normandy School Collaborative, Confluence and Webster school districts. Janice has beyond four decades providing educational growth opportunities for our youth and professional development opportunities for our teachers serving as an Instructional Coach, Team Leader, Assistant Principal, Principal and Adjunct Community College Instructor.  Janice’s passion is believing in the power of education and advocating for the total academic and social emotional growth of our youth through the platform of well research based Professional Development Frameworks.
