Call for Proposals

We're looking for presenters at the upcoming Celebrate: Support Staff Conference. Celebrate 2026 will be held on June 4, 2026 in St. Louis.

This conference is designed for the "behind the scenes" staff—administrative assistants, bus drivers, school nurses, custodians, food service staff and anyone who supports educators and students within their districts.  

Content Strands include Health & Wellness, Technology & Job Skills, and Culture & Climate. Session lengths include 50 and 80-minute sessions. 

All ideas are welcome! A topic that you have interest in or one you've presented before could include organizing (personally, professionally, documents, tech-related), how to work with different personalities, how to be more productive, how to manage difficult personalities/conversations, how to be a good leader, de-escalation tips, destressing strategies/self-care, leading a book or podcast study/review, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, yoga, stretching exercises, financial planning/security, making plan ahead meals or lunches.... and these are just a few ideas to get those creative juices rolling!
