Dr. Bertha Richardson serves our members by focusing mainly on instructional and behavioral innovations and collaborative learning working primarily with Hazelwood, Richland, Crocker, Holliday and Confluence Academy. Bertha has worked in the education field for over 40 years, serving as a Classroom Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Professional Development Specialist for local, state and national organizations, Building Leader, District Representative and Life Coach. She has a broad knowledge of, passion for and experience in developing and implementing programs and conducting training in professional learning communities. She has a vision for student advocacy and eliminating achievement and "receivement" gaps, making all children successful.
