The EducationPlus Learning Department responds to the educational needs of administrators, teachers and support staff by offering an array of professional development opportunities and resources to improve educator’s effectiveness that ultimately leads to student success. We are committed to supporting a culture of continuous learning and a network of collaboration throughout the region.

EducationPlus is home to the St. Louis Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC). The St. Louis RPDC works with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to provide schools with the latest state trainings and compliance support.

We provide high-quality and effective professional development through a variety of events including in-person, virtual, on-demand online and on-site. Our current professional development opportunities can be viewed on our PD calendar.
