Marcy Hutchings serves our members by providing comprehensive literacy training, coaching and support and works primarily with Lonedell, Farmington, Sikeston and Walnut Grove School Districts. She has more than 32 years of experience in education serving as a teacher, special education teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, assistant principal and elementary building principal. Marcy passionately believes that strong literacy skills are essential in processing new information, communication, critical thinking and remaining curious. She is excited to work with building leaders and teachers to increase literacy across contents and empower students to access and make connections with their world and therefore increase their opportunities.
