The METC 2022 Conference is a full day of learning and networking to transform the teaching in your classroom! METC 2022 is for anyone who wants to rethink and redesign their teaching practices through the many technology tools available to educators. This new environment has expanded how everyone uses technology to support learning and deliver quality educational practices.

Join us for the METC 2022 Conference on March 31, 2022. This year we are giving attendees the opportunity to choose how they would like to participate - in-person or virtually! This one day conference offers a variety of options to enhance your learning including keynote “sparks”  with local and national speakers.

All sessions are aligned to the ISTE standards. Strands will be designed around the educator standards: Learner, Citizen, Leader, Collaborator, Designer, Facilitator and Analyst.

More than ever, the METC Conference is for every educator who cares about quality teaching practices supported through technology. Technology transforms teaching, enhances learning and supports student achievement. Technology increases student engagement through personalization of  learning and provides alternative ways for students  to demonstrate mastery of content.  Strong instructional design together with intentional use of technology builds creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills.

Educators across the state are effectively integrating technology to close learning gaps,  engage students and ensure student success. The conference will provide the opportunity to connect with Missouri school leaders and learn how they are using technology to accelerate learning.
