METC Conference FAQs

Answers to common questions about #METC22

  • Both. The METC 2022 Conference offers both an in-person and virtual option for our attendees. In-person attendees can choose to attend the conference in St. Louis or Warrensburg. Virtual attendees will be able to choose from a selection of sessions streamed from both the St. Louis and Warrensburg venues. Both options have the ability to add an All Access Pass option. This option provides access to recordings of all streamed conference sessions plus additional pre-recorded sessions. All session recordings will be available until June 5, 2022 on our EducationPlus Learning Portal.

  • At this time, face coverings will be required while attending the in-person conference. Face masks will be available on site should any participant arrive without one. EducationPlus will closely monitor state and local guidelines and CDC recommendations for in-person gatherings and will make any necessary adjustments.

  • The safety of our staff and attendees is of the utmost importance to EducationPlus. We will follow all federal, state and local guidelines set for in-person gatherings as well as the recommendations provided by the CDC. In-person attendees can expect social distancing and face covering requirements as well as other health and safety protocols.


  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist. Cancellations received by March 17, 2022 will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after March 17, 2022 are not eligible for a refund. The METC Conference will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.


  • Yes. Lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to make the necessary accommodations.
